Problems with the Post Office

In spite of our efforts to ensure orders are protected in the mail, the USPS now seems to be in the business of destroying boxes marked "Fragile." 

This is the second occasion within the last four weeks a customer has reported bookends damaged in the mail system. If it's heartbreaking for us, the artists, to see such damage inflicted on our work, we know it must be as bad if not worse for customers - especially those buying a present for loved ones. 

Mailing costs will therefore reflect the extra care we will now take to protect items in the mail.
